“As an event leader or manager, you have to communicate everything that is happening. RSVPify made it easy for me to do my job - i.e., to see numbers of who responded, who has not yet responded, communicating all in one spot, updating event details in a quick way. I feel like it saved me hours.”

Wildlife Conservation Network
“RSVPify’s system allows us to manage RSVPs on an individual level within groups or families, which is a game-changer for us. It enables us to have more personalized communication with our donors, like sending specific messages about who we look forward to seeing at an event and who we’ll miss. This level of detail and personalization was something we couldn’t find with other platforms.”

The DIY plan is a self-service monthly subscription where your team builds and runs everything. Enterprise is a full-service annual contract that adds a dedicated account manager, private labeling (custom domain, branded emails, no RSVPify branding), onboarding support, and the option for our team to build your first event for you — you just provide the content.
No. All plans are a flat annual fee with no per-registration surcharges. If you sell tickets, the standard ticketing processing fee is 1.95% + $0.90 per ticket, which can be passed through to the guest at checkout so your organization nets 100%.
Yes. We apply a percentage discount for registered nonprofits after reviewing your 990.
We recommend annual contracts even for long-running programs. This lets us re-quote flexibly as your attendee volume or event count grows rather than locking you into terms that stop fitting.
Your event site runs on a custom domain (e.g., events.yourcompany.com) with zero RSVPify branding. Confirmation emails, reminders, and invites go out from your own sender address (requires a one-time DNS change by your IT team), which also meaningfully improves deliverability into corporate inboxes. Colors, fonts, logos, and form fields are all fully customizable to your brand guidelines.
Yes — you can issue branded, event-specific links that work cleanly in printed invitations, PDFs, emails, and external marketing.
You get a named account manager — a real human, not a chatbot — for email, scheduled calls, and real-time help during event setup. This is one of the biggest reasons Enterprise users have trusted RSVPify - no chatbots or odd service hours, just real human support when you need it.
Roughly 4 hours of 1-on-1 onboarding to set up your workspace and build your first event template.
You can build a multi-section event site with anchor-link navigation (e.g., "About," "Schedule," "Venue," "Sponsors," "FAQs") that behaves like a full website. The layout is mobile-responsive and collapses into a hamburger menu on phones. It's the right fit for galas, festivals, and investor days that need to showcase mission, agenda, and sponsors alongside registration.
Yes. You design the event once — branding, forms, email cadences, everything — then clone it for each instance. Teams running 50–100+ events a year (trainings, roadshows, recurring board meetings) use this to save hours per event.
Yes. The platform handles 800+ check-ins in a 30-minute window via mobile QR scanning, self-service kiosks, and name-search lookup. Teams run events from 50-person board meetings to 2,500-person festivals on the same infrastructure.
Yes. Private event registration requires each invitee to match against your pre-loaded guest list by name/email before they can RSVP. This prevents forwarded invitation links from being used by unauthorized people — important for VIP, board, and donor events.
Each guest gets a unique QR code in their confirmation email. On-site, staff scan via the mobile app, guests use self-service kiosks, or your team looks them up by name. A live activity feed shows real-time arrivals, and walk-ins can self-register at a dedicated on-site QR code and receive an entry code on their phone.
Yes — a drag-and-drop seating chart tool with filters by guest tag (VIP, Board, Sponsor) and live updates for walk-ins and last-minute changes. It's designed for assigned-table events (galas, dinners) rather than individual seat assignments in a fixed arena.
Yes, natively. HubSpot → RSVPify sync is live today for populating guest lists from your CRM. Two-way sync (pushing RSVPs, attendance, and donation data back to HubSpot for post-event nurture) is in active development.
Yes — native two-way sync with Salesforce. Common workflows include pulling contacts in for invitations and pushing registration/check-in data back to contact records.
Yes. The form can be embedded directly into WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Yes. We're SOC 2 certified, data is hosted on AWS (US East), and we provide DPAs, Trust Center access, and security documentation for procurement and IT reviews. The platform is suitable for HIPAA-sensitive use cases.
