Spotlight on – The Endless Local Summer dinner

The Endless Local Summer dinner is part of a monthly series of farm to table events hosted by chef Darren Monroe at a local organic farm, called Silverton Farms, which highlights the amazing produce of the farm with 5-course plant-based dinners and supports overall community and connection. The dinners started in 2019 and, with exception of a hiatus taken during the pandemic, happen once a month from Spring to early Winter.

What to know about Chef Darren Monroe/Silverton Farms’ dinner series

These farm to table events reflect the overall mission of Chef Darren to help guests connect with the food they eat and connect with each other through communal seating that brings people together. They include a farm tour with the farmer and cooking demos to help people learn how to turn fresh produce into tasty food. Guests leave these events with full bellies and hearts.
