Event registrations, RSVPs, and attendance lived in RSVPify while opportunities, contacts, and pipeline tracking happened in Salesforce. This disconnect meant hours spent on manual exports, list cleanup, and data reconciliation—and sales teams often lacked visibility into who attended which events or how to prioritize follow-up.
With this integration, RSVPify and Salesforce work together seamlessly. The integration operates at two levels: workspace-level contact syncing keeps your master contact database in sync, while event-level campaign management tracks individual event participation and attendee engagement in real-time.
To connect Salesforce to your RSVPify workspace, navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations and click Add Integration next to Salesforce. You'll authenticate with your Salesforce credentials and configure your sync preferences in a one-time setup process.
Once your workspace integration is configured, you can enable Salesforce syncing for individual events by going to Event Settings > Integrations and enabling sync for the relevant registration form.
