What inspired you to create this event? What should people know about it?
“The Totally Radical 80’s Glam Gala is a night of glitz and glamour at the 1980s-themed Glam Gala, a formal black-tie boutique event. A soirée that promises to transport you back to the era of opulence, neon lights, and big hair. This event, hosted by Miriam’s Heart, is not just a party but a heartfelt opportunity to make a difference. We’re coming together to raise money for children who have been adopted or are in foster care and their families so they can have brighter, happier futures. This is the fourth year we have hosted this annual event.”
What should people know about your organization?
“Envisioning a world where children thrive and families are restored, Miriam’s Heart is a grassroots, New Jersey-based non-profit founded in 2009, that radically supports children who’ve been adopted or placed in foster care and their families. The fundraising goal for the Miriam’s Heart Gala offsets most of the annual fundraising needs, allowing Miriam’s Heart to focus most on providing year-round support to children and families!”
