Tell us about your event:
"Connecting for Impact is CCAG's first official networking event. It's a chance to introduce our mission, share our story, and begin building meaningful connections within the community. We’re bringing together community members to create a space for collaboration and purpose. This is our first time hosting our networking event. We do not have many chances to connect as a community with events such as the one we are hosting so we have high hopes."
What else should folks know about your event or organization?
"Collaborative Care Advocacy Group exists to bring individuals with disabilities, resources, and care together to create a meaningful impact in our community. Rather than operating as a traditional nonprofit focused on a single service, CCAG serves as a connector—bridging gaps between individuals, families, providers, and organizations to ensure support is accessible and personalized. Through collaboration and advocacy, we aim to strengthen the community as a whole, making it easier for people to find the care they need while building relationships that drive lasting change. This event is a reflection of that mission, creating a space where connections begin and impact grows."
