"Our summer community dinner is an annual event held at Ridgway State Park in their outside pavilion along side the Uncompahgre River. There is music performed by a local group and a featured speaker after dinner. The annual Citizen of the Year is awarded at this event."
What else should folks know about your event or organization?
"ROCC is a nonprofit community organization organized in 1993. Our mission is to enhance Ouray County's quality of life through education, protection of the environment and promotion of social justice. We are a champion for land, sky and people through our working groups: Public Lands, Social Justice, Dark Sky, Accountable Land Use Development, and Civic Engagement."
