About the Role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of RSVPify and driving growth. You will oversee all marketing activities and have the unique opportunity to redefine this critical business area. This role allows you to lay the foundational strategies and processes for marketing at RSVPify, setting the stage for future team expansion. You will work independently while coordinating with the rest of the leadership team and individual contributors across growth marketing, design, operations and product to implement cutting-edge marketing tactics.



What You’ll Do

  • Develop the marketing strategy and plan for RSVPify, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead the cross-functional effort to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, from creative and content development to SEO and paid advertising.
  • Analyze data to derive actionable insights that inform strategy adjustments and optimize marketing performance.
  • Orchestrate targeted experimentation plans across key channels and segments. Work closely with product, growth and data science to develop testing backlog to drive top-of-funnel growth.



Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, demonstrating success in strategic marketing and engagement initiatives.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills in a small or start-up environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • A track record of executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive significant business results.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling content and strategic messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Strong problem solver with an analytical mind to derive data-driven insights, and drive results. Able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs.
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • An “owner” mentality: proactive, a strong collaborator, and effective at clarifying and simplifying complex issues.
  • Hands-on and scrappy: Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to get things done independently in a lean environment, resourceful in overcoming obstacles, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • You are smart but humble and an out of the box thinker who is almost obsessed with attention to detail.
