We’re here to help you transition to the next generation of the RSVPify platform.
RSVPify 3 is the next generation of the RSVPify platform. RSVPify 3 is rebuilt from the ground up, with hundreds of new features and enhancements — with the same great approach to event management that has made RSVPify a Top 5 event software. You can learn more about all of these great new features here.
You can continue to manage your existing events and access your data up to November 1, 2022. At this time, however, you are no longer able to create new events on the Classic platform. As of November 1, 2022, you will no longer be able to access your RSVPify Classic account or past data. If you are an existing active RSVPify Classic subscriber, your subscription will be automatically moved over to RSVPify 3.
Because RSVPify 3 is rebuilt from the ground up, with with an evolved set of event designs, settings and options, RSVPify Classic events cannot be transferred to the new platform. Of course, we’re here to help you get started on the new RSVPify and will work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
Pricing is structured a bit differently on the new platform — available plans and features can be reviewed here once you create an account. We’d be happy to offer your existing rates for the first year on the new platform if and when you’re interested in making the switch. Our retail plans require no contract, and you can choose to subscribe to RSVPify's premium event management features month-to-month or at a discounted annual rate. Enterprise tier packages do require an annual agreement.
