We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to strengthen our product team.
About the Role
As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of product initiatives, managing a growing product team, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives. With a strong focus on Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, you’ll drive user activation, engagement, and retention through data analysis, product experiments and initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate the product vision into tangible results, guiding product development from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, across the main web app and marketing site, ensuring high-quality and on-time product shipping.
- Lead the ideation, prioritization, planning and execution of product features, partnering with engineering, product design, data science, and business.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer & C-Level to establish a shared vision across the organization for product strategy and roadmap by building consensus on priorities and how they’re tied to top business objectives.
- Mentor and support the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, execution and data-driven decision making.
- Own and execute on a growth experimentation backlog, prioritizing and implementing experiments to drive user activation, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication with engineering teams, collaborating closely to translate product requirements into technical specifications and resolve any implementation challenges.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria–setting high standards to ensure consistency across the product development process.
- Define and lead product development process rituals, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and identify new levers to help move key metrics.
- Communicate regular product updates across all stakeholders and teams with attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring that all features and processes are clearly documented for all stakeholders.
- Champion the voice of the customer, partnering closely with product design to integrate user feedback and research into the product roadmap, enhancing UX and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact product launches.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working in SaaS or event management software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze product metrics and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, including designing and executing growth experiments (e.g. ab testing), is highly preferred.
- A well-established ability to challenge ideas and assumptions constructively, driving robust discussions to ensure the best outcomes for the product and business.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers, with the ability to develop and scale a high-performing product team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; An advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) is preferred.
