Event Spotlight: TTL Annual Celebration + Fundraiser
What inspired you to create this event? What should people know about it?
The Tacoma Tool Library’s (TTL) Annual Celebration and Fundraiser is a party event for our annual birthday (anniversary) and we recently combined it to be an annual fundraiser. One of TTL’s core values in centered on being a part of the community and bringing the community together. It is a time for volunteers, members, business partners, sponsors/donors/funders and the public to come together to socialize in a relaxed environment and enjoy food and drink. 2024 is our 8th birthday, so we have done this event for 8 years.

About the organization
Tacoma Tool Library provides low-cost access to shared tools through Tool Lending, free repairs by skilled volunteer fixers through weekly Fix-it Nights and teaches adults how to use a sewing machine at Make-it Sew.
