Event Spotlight: Megan Schulman Memorial Foundation Inaugural Gala

What inspired you to create this event? What should people know about it?

“We are holding our Inaugural Gala to benefit the establishment of a new clinic to serve children afflicted with Vascular disorders. Funding this clinic will bring specialized vascular to children in need in central New Jersey and surrounding areas. Supporting this event supports children in need.”

What should people know about your organization?

“Our efforts to bring improved healthcare to children is a vital focus of who we are. Honoring Megan’s legacy of giving and compassion is what the Megan Schulman Memorial Foundation is all about. We have provided Tens of Thousands of dollars in support to various organizations and are excited to help bring funding to this initiative”

Anything else people should know about your organization?

“Our foundation holds an annual golf outing every June. Our 3rd Annual Golf outing is scheduled for June 10th, 2024 – https://schulman-memorial-golf.perfectgolfevent.com/

We hold an annual Charity Run at the Hartford Marathon to benefit Connecticut Children’s Department of Vascular Anomalies, as well as an annual Holly Jolly Breakfast in St Louis to benefit underprivileged children through the Washington University in St Louis Campus YMCA.

The Megan Schulman Memorial Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, was formed as a result of Megan’s philanthropic spirit. Tens of Thousands of dollars have been provided to deserving organizations and individuals who meet the Foundation’s mission. Recently, the Foundation has taken on an additional focus of supporting children with vascular anomolies and have taken on the initiative to help establish the Megan Schulman Pediatric Vascular Anomalies Clinic in partnership with Hackensack Meridian Children’s Health at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital. The clinic will be home to the first multidisciplinary vascular anomalies program for children in Central New Jersey and surrounding areas.”
