“We’re collaborating with Varnita Kohli from Be-veda to host a free, online yoga session and raise awareness about lupus. This class is for all levels, from beginners to seasoned senseis and will cover breathing and meditation exercises perfect for calming the body.“
What else should folks know about your event or organization?
“Us Against Lupus is a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about lupus and helping lupus patients. This event is just one of our many initiatives, which are listed on our website.”
