The Role
RSVPify is seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about shipping great designs, while also shaping the direction of our product and brand. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned designer who wants to drive both execution and strategy. Someone who can chart the course, push back when needed, and oversee the evolution of our product and brand, all while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
You will play a pivotal role in establishing a culture of daily design/development collaboration, building robust visual QA processes, and ensuring that every production release matches the intended design vision and solves real customer problems.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute design projects from discovery through delivery, setting high standards for UX and visual quality.
- Create design deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and design system updates.
- Establish daily collaboration with engineering teams to ensure design intent is realized in production.
- Build and maintain design systems, documenting components and ensuring consistency across features and workflows.
- Develop comprehensive visual QA processes and touchpoints to guarantee production matches design intent.
- Drive prototype-level exploration and validation of design ideas before development begins.
- Document and evolve design standards, ensuring consistent adherence and high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with Product on user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user listening.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company strategy and business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in product/UX design.
- Experience working on small design teams or as a solo designer.
- Demonstrable UX research and user testing skills.
- Proven track record designing products from zero to one.
- Experience working on small design teams or as a solo designer.
- Work closely with marketing designers to ensure a consistent brand identity.
- Experience owning and maintaining design systems.
- Passion for understanding user needs and motivations.
- Comfortable using research insights to develop design directions.
- Highly proficient in Figma; comfortable collaborating closely with engineers.
- Based in Sarajevo.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a founding designer or sole designer at a startup or small company.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise-grade product design.
- Familiarity with high-velocity, ambiguous startup environments.
- Experience establishing and maintaining high-quality standards and bug tracking processes.
- Experience developing brand aligned marketing assets.
