About RSVPify

RSVPify is a premier event and guest management platform trusted by thousands of leading brands and mission-driven nonprofits to power their most important events. Our end-to-end software makes it easy to design fully customizable registration experiences, sell tickets, and manage every facet of an event from start to finish.

Each year, RSVPify supports tens of thousands of events worldwide—from conferences, expos, and galas to client dinners, product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations. With over a million events hosted and a rapidly expanding global customer base, RSVPify is redefining how modern organizations plan, promote, and deliver unforgettable event experiences.

About the Role

You make things happen. As COO, you’ll transform vision into execution, bridge critical gaps, and ensure RSVPify runs smoothly. You will own company operations end-to-end and play a pivotal role in evolving our revenue engine and scaling the sales operations of RSVPify 4, our newly released next-generation product.

This is an important leadership role with clear accountability for the teams and functions you lead. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, set and champion OKRs, guide the operating rhythm, and build on what’s working to help the business grow.

This is functionally an evolved role, as some of these responsibilities were previously divided among members of the leadership team. RSVPify is on a clear path to growth, and a seasoned COO will be key to building scalable teams and processes that support our next stage growth stage.

You’ll help us build scalable teams and processes across the company. When you join, a few functions will report directly to you — including Sales & Account Management, Customer Success, People Operations, and Security & Compliance (potentially other areas depending on the experience you bring).

What You’ll Do

  • Stand up and own the operating system for the company: OKRs, weekly progress tracking, clear accountability, tight follow ups.
  • Build a repeatable sales and account motion: define ICP and stages, run pipeline reviews, hiring plans, enablement, and forecasting.
  • Level up Customer Success: playbooks for onboarding and retention, expansion targets, proactive health reviews, and tight feedback loops to product.
  • Lead People Ops: design the hiring process and build onboarding and training models that scale. Partner with a future Chief of Staff or Director of People and Culture to drive performance and feedback cadence.
  • Manage north star metrics across revenue and operations. Report clearly and act on what the data shows.
  • Unblock teams fast. When anything is blocked, step in, fix it, and get out.
  • Own Security and Compliance program oversight in partnership with leadership, Engineering and CISO.

Basic Qualifications

  • Led the execution of major cross functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and strong project leadership.
  • Track record as a doer: data-driven, high energy, strong interpersonal skills, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who simplifies complexity and drives alignment.
  • Culture fit: low ego, bias to action, decisive, high EQ, cares about people and results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Owned or heavily influenced company level OKRs and weekly operating reviews.
  • Experience operating in B2B SaaS or at a top-tier consulting firm, ideally with GTM and sales experience.
  • Scaled the high-value customer sales motion in a B2B software context from near-zero.
  • Hands on experience with Customer Success programs that protect and grow revenue.
  • RSVPify is a remote-first company, but calling Austin or Chicago home is strongly preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Opportunity for part ownership through units at a founder-owned, high-growth company.
  • Generous home office budget.
  • Paid time off, holidays, sick time, and family leave.
  • Scope and autonomy to build.
  • A fun, fast-moving, collaborative, and positive culture. We invest in each other’s success and we have a lot of fun working together.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.
